All payment plan requests for flights, bus tickets, train tickets, and hotel bookings must be initiated over the phone with our customer service agents. We will only approve payment plan requests if the following conditions are met:
1. The booking qualifies for a payment plan based on the fare rules and policies of the respective supplier (airline, bus operator, train operator, or hotel). Not all bookings are eligible for payment plans, as eligibility depends on the supplier’s terms and the total cost of the booking.
2. The payment plan request is made at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Late requests for payment plans may not be accommodated, as supplier policies often restrict changes to payment terms after this period.
3. You agree to the terms of the payment plan, including any applicable service fees, interest (if any), and the repayment schedule, as outlined by Air Fee & Taxes and the supplier.
We cannot guarantee the availability of payment plans for all bookings, as this is subject to the supplier’s policies and procedures. Once a payment plan request is made, our customer service agent will confirm eligibility with the relevant supplier—airlines, bus operators, train operators, hotels, or car rental companies. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your payment plan request, including a tracking number. This notification serves as an acknowledgment and does not guarantee approval of the payment plan. The supplier’s decision regarding payment plan eligibility is final, and we will notify you of the outcome.
**Flight Payment Plan Specifics**: For flight bookings, payment plans are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies. Some airlines may allow installment payments for certain fare types, while others (e.g., non-refundable or promotional fares) may not be eligible. If a payment plan is approved, the repayment schedule will typically involve equal installments over a period of 3-12 months, depending on the airline’s terms and the total booking cost. Additional service fees or interest may apply, which will be communicated at the time of the request. Payments must be made on time to avoid cancellation of the booking or additional penalties imposed by the airline.
Our service fees related to setting up a payment plan are non-refundable. Please note that Air Fee & Taxes is entirely dependent on the suppliers’ policies for approving and managing payment plans. If a payment plan is approved, the initial payment (if required) must be made at the time of booking, and subsequent payments must adhere to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking, with no refunds for payments already made, as per the supplier’s rules.
In addition to any supplier-imposed fees, AirFeeServices.com will charge a payment plan setup fee, as applicable, on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis. This fee applies only if the payment plan is approved by the supplier. If the payment plan request is not approved by the supplier, no setup fee will be charged. Approved payment plans may take 7-14 business days to process and finalize, depending on the supplier’s procedures.
